One of the longest established firms of solicitors in Nottinghamshire, Robert Barber, has appointed Deborah Henson as its new Practice Administrator.

Deborah (33), from Willoughby on the Wolds, joins the company from a local Medical Practice in West Bridgford where she was Practice Manager responsible for nine staff members.

Based at the firm's West Bridgford office Deborah will be responsible for managing the general administration of all three practices including buildings maintenance, invoicing, payroll and the insurance agency within Robert Barber.

In her new role, Deborah will be drawing on her experience, as she commented: "Having previously been Practice Manager in a busy GP surgery I bring an extensive amount of office experience to the job.

"I enjoyed my previous roles but I'm looking forward to applying my skills in the legal profession and am also looking forward to the experience of working in a legal firm, a very different environment to what I am used to."

Robert Barber has three Nottinghamshire practices in West Bridgford, Eastwood and Hucknall. The practice's four partners specialise in a range of legal services including family law, personal injury claims, civil litigation, probate and wills, employment law, conveyancing, personal administration and leases and business transfers.
