Robert Barber Solicitors in Eastwood has confirmed a long time member of its personal injury team has qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive.

Michelle Lawrence has been working at Robert Barber as a Legal Executive for two years and has been studying for her Fellowship for four years. Her qualification means she has now gained full membership of the Institute, Michelle explained: �Qualifying as a Fellow allows me greater flexibility when dealing with client cases.�

In the first two years of Michelle�s course she specialised in personal injury as well as gaining expertise in other areas of law including matrimonial, probate, conveyancing, criminal and land law. The final two years saw her sit four tough exam papers and qualify as a Fellow.

�Following the course I now feel I work much more efficiently and I have a greater understanding of all areas of personal injury,� added Michelle.

Robert Barber has three Nottinghamshire practices in Eastwood, West Bridgford and Hucknall. The practice�s four partners specialise in a range of legal services including family law, personal injury claims, civil litigation, probate and wills, employment law, conveyancing, personal administration and leases and business transfers.
