Robert Barber, one of the oldest law firms in Nottinghamshire, has appointed Andrea Mulcahy as its new Practice Manager.

Andrea (33), from West Bridgford, brings to the firm more than 10 years' experience in office management, having previously worked in dental and orthodontic surgeries.

Based at the West Bridgford office, Andrea will be responsible for managing the general administration, human resources, invoicing, payroll, buildings maintenance and insurance issues of the firm's three practices, in West Bridgford, Hucknall and Eastwood.

"I am looking forward to transferring my practice management experience to my new role," commented Andrea. "I will be co-ordinating all the internal administration and marketing for the firm, not a small task, but something I can't wait to start working on."

Founded almost 150 years ago, Robert Barber Solicitors has three partners who specialise in a range of legal services including family law, personal injury claims, civil litigation, probate and wills, employment law, conveyancing, personal administration and leases and business transfers.
