All our Nottingham Family team are members of the Family Law Association, known as Resolution. Our mediators are registered with the Family Law Mediation Council which is the professional body that oversees family mediation. Patrick Mullins who is also a member of the Family Mediators Association and Law Society Family Mediation Panel, acts as a professional consultant to other mediators. Patrick is trained to consult directly with children, which can help greatly in disagreements about what arrangements to make for them.
